Return Policy

 



ALL BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. There will be no exchanges or returns.

We have a 10 Day exchange/return policy, which means you have
10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
 
All returns are paid for by the customer.

Return/Exchange Information For Customers Within USA
If you are located in the United States we are able to send you a label through Shopify and the shipping expense will be automatically deducted from your refund. 

Return/Exchange Information For International Customers 
If you are located out of the United States we are not able to send you a label through Shopify. We will provide you the address and instructions for your return. 
 

RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return your item(s) must meet our requirements.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition
  • Unused with all tags still attached
  • In the item(s) original package 
When writing a return/exchange request email please provide your order number 
as well as 
the reason why you have decided to return/exchange your order.

Please note there is a 4 item return limit.
Only 4 items per order can be returned.



EXCHANGES
Successful exchanges all depend on if the item you wish to receive is in stock.




PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items cannot be exchanged as they are PRE-ORDERED at an exact number that was bought. They are only eligible for a return.
 


DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS RECIEVED
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
